This listing is for one (1) golden egg. This wooden egg is made from linden wood and is 2 3/4 inches tall perfect for money or other treats! Painted with non toxic gold paint and finished with beeswax polish. The inside of the egg is left raw, unfinished wood. Because this item is handmade the size and shape of the egg can vary slightly. As no two pieces of wood is the same wood grain and coloring can vary, sometimes natural dark spots within the wood can show through the painting.
Wood can expand/contract depending on moisture and temperatures, if you are having trouble opening the egg it will need to be warmed up a bit which can usually be done with your hands. The egg might not stay closed on its on if placed on its side or in a basket.
